I’ve been waiting for this feature in WarriorPlus for a loooooooooooooooong time.
You can now blacklist a serial refunder before they even purchase.
In the past, WarriorPlus only let you block buyers after they purchased from you and requested a refund.
Now, if other marketers warn you about a serial refunder and share the buyer’s email, you can block them before they buy from you. Excellent!
Serial refunders are a royal pain in the ass. Here are a few of their dirty tactics…
1. The 10-Minute Refunder
They buy the product and, within 10 minutes, you’ll get an email saying it’s “not what they were looking for.” Riiight.
And because they’re refunding pros, they’ll usually include everything you need: their email, PayPal ID, transaction details… probably their grandma’s name too.
2. The Day-29 Ninja
This hero will wait until the last minute to ask for a refund. If you offer a 30-day refund policy, they’ll pop up on Day 29 with the refund request. Ta dah!
3. The Full Funnel Refunder
This one is the worst of the lot. They’ll buy your entire funnel, then refund every single purchase.
If they paid through Stripe, one buyer could leave you with three separate refunds on your account.
So now you’re not only returning their money, you could also get hit with around $60 in fees. And if a few people pull the same stunt, it could even put your Stripe account at risk.
So preemptively blocking them will keep your account safe, relatively. Okay… enough talk… time to block them!

Here’s How You Block Them!
- Log into your WarriorPlus account: https://warriorplus.com/login
- Go to ‘My Account’: https://warriorplus.com/account
- Scroll down until you see Buyer Blacklist and click on it.
- Click on ‘Add Blacklist’
From here, you can choose to block the refunder by email (easiest), username, or IP.
Enter the details, click save, and block them.
